Refunds for consultations are available if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. A processing fee may apply.

For courses, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the content, provided less than 20% of the course has been completed.

3. Product Refunds

Physical products can be returned within 15 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.

4. Non-Refundable Items
